Be the first to register for the first annual Winter Solstice Festival at Inner Voice Studios!  Join Kat Baum and 2 other regional sensations: Melissa Currier of Spearfish Yoga & Cycle & Clarissa Thompson of Clarissa Mae Yoga, as they join their unique gifts in the realms of yoga & meditation, music & sound, plant medicine and then some.  On Sunday, December 18th, from 12:00PM - 3:00PM, they will weave together an afternoon retreat integrating the body, mind, and spirit to celebrate the reincarnation of the sun after the shortest day.  

Winter Solstice is when the new light is born out of the womb of winter.  In alignment with its message of rebirth & renewal, we will follow a path of sessions leading us to our own personal awakening.  You will experience a Shamanic Sound Shower, a Cacao Ceremony, Yoga Nidra, Voice Activation with Live Music and Movement, and Ayurvedic Kapha-focused snacks to warm and ground…to name a few. You will also get to create your own Yule Release Bundle to take home with you.
