Come honor and celebrate the lives of those that came before us, welcoming back the souls of our deceased loved ones for one night, on el dia de Los Muertos. Join Robyn Melvin and Kat Baum as they weave together a ceremony to honor the Gaelic festival of Samhain, marking the end of the harvest season and beginning of the “darker half” of the year. Irish mythology says that Samhain was a time when doorways to the Otherworld opened, allowing supernatural beings and souls of the dead to come into our world. Mythology also tells the story of heroes facing great enemies and oppressors, and defeating them against all odds. This Ceremony will give us the opportunity to do the same…face our biggest fears, challenges, and inner demons…and conquer them all together!
